Our personal trainers perform a structural balance assessment to correct deficits and build strength. We optimize cardiovascular health using an EKG. We track body fat, visceral fat, BMR, bone density, cellular hydration and lean muscle mass to ensure weekly progress. Soon after, he moved to Europe to pursue a professional career. He loves to work with children and adults of all ages and levels to assist in achieving physical, mental and sustainable results.

Emilya Subev, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist with over 10 years experience helping people improve how they look and feel about themselves. Emiliya holds a degree in human nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Sport nutrition and exercise physiology is her special interest and passion. She loves to inspire, motivate and encourage people reach their best potential.
