Hi, my name is Emiliya Subev and I have been a Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist for the past 15 years. Helping thousands of patients lose weight and keep it off has become a my passion and inspired me to create and launch this weight loss program!

My mission is to help people be the best version of themselves and to motivate them to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
My purpose is to teach my clients how to love healthy food and understand the consequences of unhealthy food, be gentle with themselves but motivated to succeed in a positive and assertive way.
Through my experience, I have found that people who struggle with weight loss have many common issues holding them back such as:
- Macronutrient Mismatch: Your protein, carb and fat intake may be out of balance. This leads to low satisfaction after meals and unhealthy snacking. This is the first and most important step to sustainable weight loss without starvation and suffering as it is easy to follow and you are satisfied while losing weight.

This program will help you find your groove and move forward by connecting with people just like you. It will ask you to log your meals and compare your achievements with your goals.

This program will provide you with the sense that you are not alone but finding the support and accountability your need. Our coaches will hold you accountable on either a daily or weekly basis depending on the track you choose.
- Total Body Inflammation: Our fat cells can fail to release their fatty acid content due to toxin exposure causing an inability to lose weight. If that is suspected (this will be determined during the initial visit with the RD) a detoxification program will be recommended.
- Micronutrient Deficiencies: We often miss essential nutrients which may lead to ongoing fatigue or low energy levels and poor sleep making it impossible to lose weight due to a decreased metabolism. Once these deficiencies are addressed, your weight loss potential will be unlocked.

- Your daily calorie and nutrient requirements will be assessed by a Registered Dietitian and an individualized nutrition prescription (calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats) will be created
- Tailored Meal Plan with Personalized Recipes
- During your visit with the Registered Dietitian, your personalized meal plan will be created. Food preferences, level of skill in the kitchen, time constraints, and cultural/ethnic background will all be taken into account. From there, your exact calorie, protein, carbohydrate and fat needs will be calculated and translated into meal ideas which you can follow
- Physical Activity Monitoring
- Your Apple Watch or Fit-bit will be linked to our system. We will gently encourage you to move and motivate you to close your circles daily
- Weekly Check-Ins
- Your weekly check-in with a Registered Dietitian to asses your progress and answer any questions that may come up along the way
