
Sarah holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has experience as a Health and Nutrition Coach and has provided medical nutrition therapy in clinical settings.
As a Health and Nutrition Coach, she guided clients in weight management and behavior change, reinforcing her focus on sustainable, long-term results.
Sarah completed her dietetic internship, where she trained across both clinical and performance-focused settings, including the Sports Nutrition department at the University of Chicago, where she supported performance nutrition for collegiate athletes and collaborated with coaching staff, as well as the University of Illinois Hospital, where she provided medical nutrition therapy to patients with conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and gastrointestinal disorders.
