Sharon holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University. She has experience providing medical nutrition therapy in the clinical setting with a focus on bariatric and medical weight management as part of a comprehensive approach to chronic disease prevention and long-term health.
Her role is to provide individualized, evidence-based nutritional care tailored to each client’s goals, empowering them with the knowledge and support needed to make sustainable lifestyle changes that promote balance and well-being. Sharon is passionate about applying latest research to practice and creating a supportive, judgement-free environment where you feel respected and truly understood.
